Melissa Siegrist has only just graduated, but is already showing her collection on the runway at Amsterdam Fashion Week. Looks included beautiful knitwear, cool jackets and even skirts for men! While her last womenswear show may have been somewhat masculine, her menswear collection had a bunch of feminine touches.
Spijkers & Spijkers brings a fall/winter collection with a beautiful color palette and awesome shapes. Dresses, tops and skirts are coming down the runway, but this collection even contains suits. The beautiful cuts, colors and prints make it elegant.
Then, onto a very different and also quite unwearable collection, by Marije de Haan. An impressive show, as you were unable to see the model’s faces, which left a rather intruguiging feeling. There were a few more wearable items, such as a wool jacket and some shirts.
It was pretty clear everybody loved Winde Rienstra‘s new collection! The items were very special and detailed. Particular shout-out to the dress in the first photo, the wooden wedges in the second photo and the dress in the third photo. It was obvious the wedges were extremely hard to walk on, since the models were walking very slow and one model almost fell…
Hyun Yeu’s ADO LES SCENTS was a more maculine show than other shows I’ve seen. Hyun Yeu showed some perfect formal jackets, coats and the most amazing knitwear. I especially loved the coats and jackets, but was not that much into a lot of red checked items. In the end, this was probably my favorite show so far!
