It’s interior is a mix of French Cote d’Azur chic, mixed with Ibiza’s chill beach vibe and South America’s vibrant colors. We got inspired by the extraordinary boutique hotel with its personalized luxury. Let us introduce you to this amazing home from home, Casa Mosquito.

A place where design, luxury and service blend with equitable tourism and a taste of a more authentic Rio. We definitely loved staying here! Hidden in Ipanema, the charming French owners Benjamin and Louis have recently opened their hotel. Get inspired by our pictures!

It has been four months that have seemed passing by so quick since I first arrived in Paris. Thinking back, I’ve had the best time of my live living in the capital of Fashion, the city of Chanel and Dior, with its enchanting places, boutiques and cafés. My highlight was definitely when I visited the Paris Fashion Week 2011 with Fashiolista! It was a dream come true!

Also, the city and me became close friends: I loved to spend time strolling through hip, bohemian quarters or just going window-shopping and absorb the atmosphere of this amazing streets, discover boutiques, jewelers, art galleries and much more little secret Paris hides between narrow streets and blooming parks.

You see, I’m in love! And if you ever have the chance to visit Paris, take enough time to explore every angle of it! Maybe my Parisian hotspots may help you a little bit in order to sort out where to start. For me it’s time to say “au revoir, mon amour”.

Paris Fashion Week is over, the girls, Emilie and Aranka from Fashiolista who came over to visit me in the capital of fashion, sadly returned home again. Fashion week made whole Paris go crazy. Streets were busier than usual, people stressed out yet still trying to look fabulous. It was a fantastic experience, seeing upcoming designer’s shows and showing the city to the girls and of course going powershopping.

We finally satisfied our cravings by buying the “oh-so-long-on-my-wishlist” YSL Artsy ring, each of us purchased another color. Before shopping we had delicious french breakfast – café au lait, croissants and pain aux raisins – and some fancy after-shopping cocktails in the evening.

Paris is truly an amazing city, threre are endless things to see and do. The first time I stood in front of the Eiffel Tower, I was totally speechless. It is fantastic and very impressive to see all the famous monuments of Paris in real life. J’adore… Paris!

Finally… in between my work for Fashiolista & my V magazine internship, I’ve found the time to give you all of you dear fashiolistas an update about my life in The City! Life here has been rather hectic, since I jumped right into fashion week craziness when I arrived. Let me explain: long days of shows, events, parties, dinners and drinks. All of this is a lot of fun of course, but also pretty exhausting. So what do you do after a long week of walking in heels fully dressed up? Exactly! Relaxing in a more casual outfit, which I decided to do in my new favorite neighborhoods Soho & The lower East Side. In my first NYC Journal I will show you the highlights of my first two weeks.
