Finally… in between my work for Fashiolista & my V magazine internship, I’ve found the time to give you all of you dear fashiolistas an update about my life in The City! Life here has been rather hectic, since I jumped right into fashion week craziness when I arrived. Let me explain: long days of shows, events, parties, dinners and drinks. All of this is a lot of fun of course, but also pretty exhausting. So what do you do after a long week of walking in heels fully dressed up? Exactly! Seen all over the fall 2011 runways: The Tartan Plaid. A trend originally described as granny-like or college-girl, but now we see that the Tartan Plaid has shaken down this image and transformed into a striking fashion trend. Combined in all kind of ways, the tartan is back in business.
